Bring a bag lunch and attend this intensive professional acting workshop for the serious actor.  Sharpen your auditions skills AND creative instincts by participating in acting exercises that will stretch your physical and mental limits.  We will work on monologue presentation, cold reading and scene study based upon Viola Spolin, Konstantin Stanislavski, Sanford Meisner, Peter Brook and Jerzy Grotowski workshop techniques.

Heartland Players hosts summer camp in Yucaipa

A one week summer camp for kids ages 6 & up!

Join the Musical Theater Camp July 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 from 9am - 2pm and discover drama, dance, costumes, voice and diction, scenic design, props, sound and lights, theater makeup, and participate in a full scale theater production.

Classes wil be held at Heartland Players Theater in Yucaipa.  Students will be working on the musical The Golden Scepter and will perform on Saturday July 12 at 3pm.  Camp tuition $200.00.

Musical Theater Day Camp in Redlands

“Take a Magic Carpet ride and soar as we explore the wonders of the theater!”

Join the Musical Theater Day Camp as we celebrate the musical heritage of Frederick Loewe!

In the Musical Theater Day Camp, presented by Stars of Tomorrow Children’s Theater,  kids (ages 6 and up) will discover the magic of the theater in the areas of acting, dancing, singing, backstage work, costumes, scenery, prop making, theater make-up and more!

Classes will meet Monday through Friday starting June 23, 2008, from 9am - 2pm at at the University of Redlands. The Campers will perform Princess Jasmine & the Magic Lamp on Friday, June 27, 2008 at 1pm.

Tuition for every child’s 25 hour involvement is $200.00. Space in the camp is limited!

Come join the Players for an acting class that will encompass improv games, stage combat, auditioning skills, group scenes, accent/dialect coaching, and much more.  Classes are free and will be held Sunday nights at the Fontana Community Players theater from 7:00pm-8:00pm starting March 9th.

Footlighters’ Theater Workshop Series

Redlands’ Footlighters Theater will begin their 2008 Spring/Summer line-up of Theater Workshops on Saturday, February 2.

Acting 101: Theater For Beginners, taught by Buffy Guzenski, starts Feb 2nd and runs four consecutive Saturdays, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. Fees are $40 for Footlighters Members, $60 for non-members. Pre-registration is required, tuition payable at the first class.

Olive Branch Christian Theater announces Photography Workshop
