Chino Community Theatre presents the second show of its 8th annual “3 on the Edge” Festival, BOY GETS GIRL, written by Rebecca Gilman and directed by Christopher Diehl.
New York reporter Theresa Bedell reluctantly goes on a blind date with Tony, a friend of a friend. Unfortunately, sparks definitely do not fly, and when she decides not to see him again, Tony doesn’t get the message. At first flattered (albeit slightly annoyed) by his continuing attention, Theresa’s attitude gradually changes to one of fear and fury when Tony starts to menace her and those around her. With rich insight, compelling characters and a tense, suspenseful story, BOY GETS GIRL probes the dark side of dating in the 21st century.
Featuring Samantha Armenta, Brady Greer Huffman, Hugh Kinslow, Ken Lay, Tracy Lay, John Lynd and Amanda Walker
