Chino Community Theatre’s 8th annual “3 on the Edge” Festival kicks off with the biting comedy ART, written by Yasmina Reza (translated by Christopher Hampton), and directed by Jeff Richards.

ART centers on three friends, Serge, Marc and Yvan, and their wildly different reactions to a painting Serge has just purchased. Serge loves his new completely white canvas and has it prominently displayed in his apartment, but when his best friend Marc ridicules it, their friendship is severely tested – and poor, hapless Yvan is caught in the middle. With razor-sharp dialogue and beautifully defined characters, ART is a modern classic that is simple but profound …or is it just a blank canvas that says nothing?

Featuring Pete Bennett, Chris Goldfarb and Ron Hastings

WARNING: Due to strong language and adult content, this show is recommended for MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY.
