Yucaipa Little Theatre will be holding auditions for Roald Dahl’s timeless story of the world-famous candy man, Willy Wonka,  and his quest to find an heir on Monday and Tuesday, Aug. 23rd & 24th, from 7-9 p.m.  Show will be directed by award winning theatre veteran Daren Prescott.

We are specifically seeking adults, and young male teens (14 and up) for the roles of Charlie, Augustus Gloop, and Mike Teavee. Children 13 and under will be cast as Oompa Loompas and/or squirrels. All roles require singing. Please come prepared to sing a capella, or with a karaoke CD, and with a calendar for conflicts. Show runs from Oct. 7-24, 2010.

Auditions will be held at Yucaipa Little Theatre, 12135 California Street,Yucaipa, CA.
