Redlands Footlighters Theatre proudly presents its Annual Youth Theatre Workshop for Summer 2010 Production is currently undersay for the comedy Dude! Where’s My Script?! written and directed by Footlighters veteran, Ms. Pat Adeff.

Last year’s production of the award-winning A Wish in the Woods was a resounding success and this year is revving up to be even better!

The story takes place over one week’s time in Greenspot USA. The local school is holding their annual talent show. Consider what happens when you have rivaling homecoming queens, talent acts that need a LOT of work, the teacher in charge of the talent show is actually the algebra teacher, and the only sport Greenspot High excels in is chess. Oh yeah – their mascot is the Chipmunk.

You don’t want to miss the two huge all-cast production numbers that end Act I and Act II! Think Broadway on a vaudeville budget.

The students have also been learning set design, set construction, costume design and construction, sound and lights. Ms. Adeff is assisted this year by Stage Manager Stacie Steele.

Performances are July 8, 9, 10 at 8pm and July 10, 11 at 2pm. Tickets are $10.00 each or 10 seats for $85.00. Tickets can be purchased at the Footlighters Theatre in the evenings between 6 and 8:30 pm on June 23, 24, 25, 26, and July 1, 2, 3. Tickets can also be purchased from the cast and crew members. If there are seats available, tickets can be purchased at the door at the time of the shows. However, seating is limited.
