Mt. San Jacinto College’s Menifee Campus presents The Glass Menagerie at the Menifee Lab Theatre (207), Menifee Valley Campus, MSJC.  Directed by Jason Maddy and Lori Craig Torok and designed by Christopher Kiser.

A drama of great tenderness, charm and beauty, The Glass Menagerie is one of the most famous plays of the modern theatre.  The story revolves around Amanda Wingfield and her children, Laura and Tom, as they are forced to come to terms with the illusions that they have created to make life bearable.  It is a story of fragile people needing to escape the glass world of their own making.

Mt. San Jacinto College’s Menifee Campus presents the World Premier of Experiment in a Glass at the Menifee Lab Theatre (207), Menifee Valley Campus, MSJC.  Directed and horeographed by Lori Craig Torok, designed by Christopher Kiser, and original music by Jeremy Brown.

An original movement theatre production, using the poetry of Tennessee Williams as text-in an environment of actors, dancers, singers, music and multimedia projections.  The piece brings to life a part of Tennessee Williams, not as fully known or understood.  Within these works, lie the heart and soul of one of the greatest playwrights of the American theatre.  Come discover Tennessee Williams, for the first time!

Chino Community Theatre presents the Inland Empire premiere of the musical Breaking Up is Hard to Do, directed by Jeff Richards.  Set at a Catskills resort in 1960, this is the sweet comic story of two friends in Brooklyn in search of good times and romance over one wild Labor Day weekend.  Featuring the music of Neil Sedaka, the cast performs one hit after another, including the title song, “Where the Boys Are,” “Laughter in the Rain,”" Happy Birthday (Sweet Sixteen)” and many more.

Breaking Up is Hard to Do stars Lauren Deards,  Stephanie Grimley, Jeffrey Kopasz, Jessie McLean, Christine Mejia, John Mello, Gail Michaelian, Jaime Stewart and Joyce Warhop, backed up by a live band consisting of Sean McDuffee, Bob Fraley and Jeff Richards.

Noel Coward’s ghostly romp thru love and marriage! Charles is celebrating his second marriage when the ghost of his first wife, Elvira shows up to join in the celebration. In a New York loft, two opposite souls torn apart by grief collide in desire. Starring Jennifer Jacobson, Kristian Nelson, Steven Hochteil and Michael Barrett.
