A Garden in India follows William Carey, the man considered the father of modern missions, on his extraordinary journey to revolutionize global evangelism. Carey, in his zeal for the gospel, applies his understanding of horticulture to the previously unplowed soil of Indian hearts. In celebration of Carey’s love of Indian culture and English gardens, the play will blend traditional Indian storytelling methods with western theatrical conventions to portray the cultivation of his ministry.
