The Frog Prince is a magical fairytale that will charm its way into your heart! An arrogant prince is cursed by the Great Enchantress; at the stroke of midnight he will become a slimy frog! His only hope to become human again is if the beautiful Princess Belinda gives him a kiss. Will the charming princess ever kiss the ugly frog? Find out in the hilarious fairy-tale comedy!

The Frog Prince will perform for three weekends beginning on November 6th and ending November 22nd with performance times on Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m.

Tickets are $10 for general admission, $8 for students/seniors/children and $30 for a family ticket of four people max.  All tickets are sold on the day of the event.  No reservations are required and seating is first come, first serve.

Cast parent says, “It is exciting to see the young people from Yucaipa, Calimesa, Beaumont, Banning, Moreno Valley, Redlands and Loma Linda getting involved in such an outreach – live theater.  It is great that Heartland is so close to home and such a great environment for youngsters.”  The cast of The Frog Prince includes newcomers to the stage as well as professionally trained actors.

We are pleased to announce that on November 6, 2009, all children 12 and under come free. Please note, one free child per paying adult. 
 
The Frog Prince co-stars Bryan Soderblom as the arrogant Frog Prince, Tracy Pelev as the kiss-giving Princess Belinda, Chelsea Caracoza as the loving Queen-mother and TessaRae Stiff as the adorable Princess Melinda.  Jacqueline Chevrier and Mark Soderblom play the hysterical duo of royal gardeners and Brianna Clemons, William Chinnock , Leah and Hannah Stiff portray the trusty side-kicks of the prince.  Completing the cast of fanciful characters are, Clemence Briat, Hannah Bunker, Johanna Chevrier, Kayleigh Lacy, Stephanie Kuntz, Kirstin Soderblom, Justin Flores and Brittany Clemons with Dimyana Pelev and Alexandria Minder as The Enchantress.
 
Heartland Theatre is located at 33994 Avenue E in Yucaipa.
