Candlelight Pavilion will hold open call audtions for Man of La Mancha on Monday, August 3 at 7pm at the theater located at 455 West Foothill Blvd. in Claremont. Callbacks will be held Tuesday, August 4. The show runs September 25 to November 11.
All roles open except Don Quixote.

Based on Cervantes’ Don Quixote, Man of La Mancha is the remarkable Tony award winning show overwhelmingly billed as one of the great theatersuccesesof our time. The show is a play-within-a-play. A captivating story of a dying, older man whose impossible dream takes over his mind as his dream becomes our dream and his adventure becomes our adventure. Select songs include “The Impossible Dream” and “Dulcinea.”
General Preparations for Auditions
- 16 bars of Standard Broadway Music; an accompanist will be provided.
- Comfortable attire to move or dance in if asked by Production Staff.
