Shakespeare in the Vines’ 2008 Season was a huge success with four outstanding productions that garnered 12 Inland Theatre League Awards for excellence in theater, including the coveted Ensemble Award for The Compleat Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) which is leading our comedy line up this year.

The dream that began three years ago, the marriage of the Bard and wine, continues with the Shakespeare in the Vines’ 2009 Season, “Comedy Tonight”!  This year will feature three productions, all comedy to cheer the public:

• The Compleat Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)  (indoor show)
  May 14*-16, 22-23 and 29-30 @ 7:30pm
  May 17, 24 and 31 @ 5:30pm
• Much Ado About Nothing
  July 16*-18, 24-25 and 31 and August 1 @ 7:30pm
  July 19 and 26 @ 6:30pm
• The Comedy of Errors
  August 13*-15, 21-22 and 28-29 @ 7:30pm
  August 16 and 23 @ 6:30pm

All shows performed at the lovely Frangipani Estate Winery located at 39750 De Portola Road in Temecula.
