Redlands Footlighters presents The Giants’ Dance, written by Otis Bigelow and directed by John Lynd.

Sneak Preview: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5zv4iHEKCU

A farce, a medieval romance and a philosophical comedy rolled into one delightful romp! In 470 A.D., England’s King Ambrose sends his rambunctious army on a mission to Ireland to gather mammoth rocks, known as the Giant’s Dance. At home, while the Queen and Druid Priest arrange celebratory human sacrifices, a Roman Christian prisoner becomes the Princess’ bodyguard, and promptly falls in love! Overseeing all the mayhem is Merlin, whose timely magical intervention unites the lovers, punishes the evildoers and makes clear the folly of war.
