CAT of Corona presents the full Broadway version of Raold Dahl’s Willy Wonka. Perfect for the entire family, Willy Wonka is a delightfully satirical and colorful romp wrapped around a morality tale. Along with Agusutus Gloop, Violet, Mike Teavee and Veruca Salt, Charlie Bucket and his Grandpa Joe take their “golden ticket” dreams to the Wonka Chocolate Factory where they encounter Willy himself along with the mysterious Oompa Loompas.
Musical favorites from the 1970’s Gene Wilder film like the signature song, “Candy Man” are in the show along with some new songs like “I Eat More”, “I See It All on TV” and “Think Positive.”
This is a CAN’T MISS opportunity! Directed by Cyndi Monroe and Lori Hennebelle, choreography by Hollee Hennebelle, and vocal direction by Jackie Curtis.
