Temecula Performing Arts Company (TPAC), part of the Fine Arts Network of Temecula, is pleased to announce auditions for its upcoming musical production Willy Wonka, Jr.

Auditions are open to children and young adults ages 6 – 20.  Auditions will be Friday, December 5 and Saturday, December 6, by appointment.  Auditions will be at the Old Town Temecula Theater, 42051 Main Street, Temecula, in the upstairs rehearsal room.  There are parts for both singer and non-singers.  No experience necessary to audition.

Show dates are March 6 – 17 at the Old Town Temecula Community Theatre with weekend rehearsals beginning in January.  There is a $200 participation fee for this production which includes: costumes, rehearsal materials, family tickets and more.

A limited number of scholarships are available.

Those auditioning are asked to prepare a 1 – 1 1/2 minute “up-tempo” song from a Broadway or Disney show.  Actors must sing with a background track or karaoke track – No lead singer permitted on audition music. All music must be on CD or iPod.
