Riverside Community Players will hold auditions for the classic drama On Golden Pond, written by Ernest Thompson and directed by Phil Holmer.  The show will run November 7-23, 2008.

Auditions will be held September 8th & 9th at 7:00pm at Riverside Community Players, located at 4026 14th Street in Riverside.

Ethel and Norman Thayer are returning to their summer home on Golden Pond for their forty-fourth year. Norman is a retired professor with a failing memory, but still as tart-tongued, observant, and eager for life as ever. Ethel, ten years younger and the perfect foil for Norman, delights in the small things that continue to enrich their long life together. Then they are visited by their divorced daughter and her fiance, who leaves his teenage son with them while they vacation in Europe.
