The Rancho Cucamonga Community Theatre is still looking to fill the last remaining open roles in Smokey Joe’s Café.  Final auditions will be held Wednesday August 20, 2008 starting at 5:00 pm at the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center.

Adults 18 and older who wish to audition should come prepared to dance and sing to 16 bars from a pop or Broadway up temp number song of your choice, that showcases your vocal talents as well as your personality.   Bring sheet music; an accompanist will be provided.  No a cappella or track singing.

Relive rock’s glory days as the Tony-nominated Broadway smash brings down the house with chart-topper by Rock and Roll Hall of Fame song writing duo Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller.  From “Hound Dog” and Jailhouse Rock” all the way to “Spanish Harlem” and “Kansas City”, the greatest tunes of the 50’s & 60’s come alive on stage!
