Auditions: Pilgrim’s Progress at LifeHouse

Open auditions for LifeHouse Theater’s musical Pilgrim’s Progress, directed by award-winning talent Jennifer M. DeWitt, will be Thursday, May 29, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at LifeHouse Theater, 1135 N. Church Street, Redlands.
Auditions will be held on a first come-first served basis. Those auditioning should be at least ten years of age and bring a recent photo to leave with the audition panel. All are welcome and roles are open for men and women. Men are especially encouraged to audition.
Auditioners should bring their own sheet music in the preferred key, and be prepared to sing a short selection of about 16 measures. A pianist will be provided but will not be able to transpose any sheet music. Pre-recorded accompaniment, instrumental only, is allowed, provided it is on a CD.
Pilgrim’s Progress opens Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 7:30 PM and will continue on weekends through September 7, 2008. Performances are Fridays at 7:30 PM, Saturdays at 2:15 PM (except Opening Night) and 7:30 PM and Sundays at 2:15 PM. In addition to the weekend performances, there will be a special Thursday performances on September 4 at 7:30 PM.
