Junior University Musical Theatre offers pure unadulterated family fun with a musical performance intended to delight the entire family. The Jungle Book has a bit of something for everyone - - the charm of Rudyard Kipling, the wry wit and tunefulness of composer William R. Dixon’s delightfully eclectic score, beautiful sets and costumes, outstanding singing and dancing, but most of all the enthusiasm and skill of the show’s large cast of performers.
Junior University Musical Theatre is a non-profit company that has provided over 45 years of family entertainment for the residents of the Inland Empire, while giving 80 young people and their families the opportunity to learn and participate in every phase of theatrical production.
“We are very excited about our production this year! The show opens July 18th and runs through Aug 2nd for 14 nights (dark Mondays) at the Perris Hill Bowl in San Bernardino. We play to approximately just over 14,000 people each summer in our beautiful outdoor amphitheatre. This is a spectacular show with incredible special effects, music and beautiful costuming! We believe our organization is such an important part of our community, one that is very positive and uplifting.”
