This musical drama that revolves around a feisty parolee who follows her dreams, moves to a small town in Wisconsin and then goes to work at Hannah’s Spitfire Grill. It is the only eatery in town and it is for sale, but there are no takers. This story is moving and the music is freeing. The NY Times called it “soulful” – penetrated with honesty and it glows!
