Redlands Footlighters will hold auditions for Neil Simon’s Laughter on the 23rd Floor July 17th and 18th at 7:00 p.m.  Auditions will be held at the theater at 1810 Barton Road in Redlands.

Cast consists of 5 men, any age or ethnicity, and 2 women, in their 20’s any ethnicity.

A classic comedy written by Neil Simon and directed by Mark Allen Everett, this Broadway hit pay homage to Simon’s early days when he worked as a writer for Sid Caesar’s Your Show of Shows.  Writers try to top each other with one-liners and sight gags while the star of the show, Max Prince, is fighting with network brass that fear his humor it too sophisticated for middle America.
