Auditions will be held at 6:30pm on Sunday, March 19, 2006, in Landis Performing Arts Center, 4800 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, CA 92506. The production will run May 3 though 6, with rehearsals beginning the final week of March. Performances are the first week in May. The director for the production is Jennifer Young Lawson, and the musical director is Greg Nabours.

We are looking for three adult women and three adult men who are energetic and fun-loving singers who can harmonize and move well. All ethnicities are welcome and encouraged to attend the audition.

Bring sheet music for a song that demonstrates your vocal ability. An accompanist will be provided. Bring or wear comfortable clothing for the dance portion of the audition.

Some stipends are available.

“Schoolhouse Rock Live!” is a high-energy musical that is based on the Emmy Award-winning Saturday morning cartoon series. It’s and ensemble piece of theatre that is fun and educational at the same time.
