Auditions for “Hollywood Hillbillies,” a youth show open to young people from 6 through 18, will be held at the theater, 8443 Nuevo, Fontana, Monday and Tuesday, February 27 & 28, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

This is a musical and those auditioning should bring a tape or C/D with music, but no vocal. They will also be asked to do a cold reading from the script and perhaps a few dance steps with the choreographer.

“Hollywood Hillbillies” is similar to the old “Beverly Hills Hillbillies” on TV, but it takes place in the hills before the family strikes it rich. It will play April 21 through May 7.
